Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure the highest quality for our products. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return policy below:

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be our error will be covered at our expense.

Submitting a Problem Report

If you or your customers notice any issues with the products or the order, please submit a problem report as soon as possible.

Return Address and Notifications

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. Once a returned shipment is received, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address

If an insufficient address is provided by you or your customer, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your customer.

Sealed Goods

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Customer Returns

Please advise your customers to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil. Returns for products and size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your expense for the product in another size.

Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item and provide a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will be evaluated to verify whether the product was used or damaged. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.

EU Consumer Notification

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
